About Us
Our Mission

To improve classroom literacy instruction by providing high quality, research based, and comprehensive professional development for educators.

Company Profile
  • Created by two women who have over 60 combined years in education and over 20 combined years of providing quality teacher training.
  • Started as a small business in Michigan and has expanded to reach teachers across the country, including school districts in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Wisconsin, California, and Texas.
  • Products and courses have a proven history of improving the quality of teacher instruction, thereby leading to improved student performance.

Educational Philosophy
  • Learning to read and write must involve a balanced approach.  Students will not benefit if they are taught only phonics or only reading comprehension, instead they will succeed if they are given a variety of tools to use when reading.
  • Education is a continual process of teachers instructing and then releasing responsibility of learning to the students.  The process of presenting materials to students and then gradually allowing them ownership of learning is the cornerstone of successful classrooms.
